Do I pay a fee to Crestline?

Crestline does not collect payment on this website. If a fee applies to a specific service or placement, ask the recruiter to explain it in writing before you commit. If anyone claiming to represent Crestline asks you for payment through this site, contact the office at [email protected].

What kinds of roles do you place?

Remote, full-time, part-time, and hybrid roles across five families: client experience, operations and admin, recruiting and people, sales and growth, and healthcare support. Every listing names its work mode before you apply.

How does the hiring process work?

Apply by email with the role title and reference in the subject line. Before placement, we confirm eligibility: that you are authorized to work in the United States, and that you meet any minimum age the role or its insurer carries. Shortlisted applicants hear from a recruiter by email within 48 hours.

How do I apply?

Open the careers board, choose a role, and email [email protected] with the exact subject line shown on that listing. There is no account to create.

Where are the roles located?

Most roles are remote within the United States. Hybrid roles are based around Lexington, Kentucky and say so on the listing.

Do you sponsor work visas?

Sponsorship depends on the employer and the specific role. A listing will say when sponsorship is available; if it is not mentioned, ask the recruiter before applying.

Is placement guaranteed?

No. We do not promise a role, an income, or a start date. We do promise a clear process and a real person at the other end.

Text messages

What texts will I receive?

If you opt in, Crestline may send recurring automated text messages about marketing and promotional job alerts, including remote job alerts, full-time job alerts, part-time job alerts, hybrid job alerts, application status updates, interview scheduling, recruiter follow-ups, hiring event invitations, and seasonal hiring offers.

How often will you text me?

Message frequency varies with the number of roles and updates that match your preferences. Message and data rates may apply.

How do I stop the texts?

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or UNSUB to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].

Will you sell or share my mobile number?

No. We will not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy for the full statement.

Does checking the box affect my application?

No. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of employment. You can apply for a role without checking the box, and you can use the alert form without applying to a role.

How do I join the alert list?

Go to /updates, enter a U.S. mobile number, and check the optional box if you want texts. The box starts unchecked. The full disclosure is beside it.

Which keywords do you support?

Opt in with START, YES, OK, or GET; opt out with STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or UNSUB; reply HELP for help. The complete table and all three automatic replies are on the SMS Terms page.

Why do the example messages say “Reply YES” or “Reply GET”?

Those are opt-in keywords. Replying with one subscribes you to the program and returns the programmed confirmation; it does not create an account or guarantee a role. The examples show the format and the STOP option that appears on every message.
